Yes, you can create an account using your email address and set up a profile without linking to social media.

What should I do if I'm experiencing login issues or can't access my account?

How do I edit my profile information and add photos?

You can edit your profile by navigating to the "Profile" section and selecting the "Edit" option. You can upload a maximum of 6 profile photos.

How do I change my location or search for matches in a different area?

You can update your location under edit profile. On the home screen, under filter, you can also update your search preferences for location by choosing between
1. any distance within your country
2. distance range (Km or miles)
3. global

I purchased a coin package but it didn't appear in my balance?

Check you latest purchases on Google Play or Apple store. If you have made the purchase and it didn't appear in your coin balance just send us a message using the form below and include the package you tried to purchase.

Why can I only use the vRoom 3 times?

Free users can use the vRoom 3 times per day. We recommend you subscribe and become a member for unlimited access to the vRoom and many more member perks.

What happens if I encounter inappropriate or offensive content or users on the app?

You can report any inappropriate or offensive content or users using the reporting feature in the vRoom. We take such reports seriously and will take appropriate actions.

My video isn't  working?

When you first launch the app and create an account we ask you to allow permissions for video, camera and microphone so you can use the vRoom. Make sure you allow permissions.

Can I delete my account and data from the app?

Yes, you can delete your account and data from the app by going to the account settings and choosing the option to delete or pause your account.
